2.2 Wallet Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of cryptocurrency wallet addresses used for deposits, withdrawals, or transactions. Lunor Capital is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, as cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
2.3 Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Lunor Capital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
3. Investment and Mining Services
3.1 Cloud Mining and Stake-to-Mine: The Platform offers cloud mining services and a Stake-to-Mine model, allowing users to earn mining rewards based on their investment tier (Standard, premium, professional). 4. Fees and Payments

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused services or fees.
